Neil has over 40 years of broadcasting experience and is not only the host of the podcast "The Snooze Button" which talks with experts in the field of sleep he is also a fellow insomniac so we had loads to talk about. Rest is what the body needs but how much is enough? Guess it depends on the person and how they use their energy something that happens every night for most and time seems irrelevant still with so many mystery's it holds.
