#734 - Rice Without Krispies (Whitney Brim-DeForest)

So many people prefer different foods from meat diets to vegan trends and with the same pursuit of the question where does it come from so I wanted to talk with past guest Whitney about life and also her work in rice research. With a push to understand how much goes into the food we consume like how is it handled what research goes on in rice? Might seem just like a food you get with an entrée but turns out its more versatile than that.
