#419 - Fredrick Mohr (Fitness Coach, Steel Mace Nation)

Fred is a Captain on the Elizabeth NJ fire dept and a NASM certified trainer with additional certification in Steel Mace coaching.The steel mace is an ancient weapon now turned fitness tool. It has an amazing effect on those who pick it up. So amazing that Fred decided to start a podcast about it. Started in June of 2019 the podcast explores the steel mace and its versatility along with other topics such as health and wellness, mindset and motivation and perspective shift. Fred's passion for the mace has led to him developing fitness programs for firefighters to help them lose weight,get stronger,relieve stress and prevent injury. He has a website Steel Mace Nation that has all the essentials anyone from a beginner to an expert in mace would need.

#418 - Philip Holmes (Podcaster Of The Paranormal)

Phillip is a podcaster that talks all about the spooky and creepy encounters we have in life, the things we can’t explain or unsee the ones that make us question whats even real. It seems everyone has a tale of these encounters we can’t explain and for years proof has tried to be made real but to think when we go are we gone? That just can’t be it. 

#417 - Michael Lorusso (Content Creator, Podcaster)

Michael is a content creator from videos used in a introduction to cosmetic surgery to his own clips and bits that he incorporates in his podcast "Backwoods Radio Show". From both of us being fans of the same podcast "YMH" we both know sometimes you just have to keep feathering it and watch your stanima. Check out his work and show that is an audio drama filled with more than one's brain can handle.

#416 - Chris Hollingsworth (BBQ Enthusiast, Chef)

Chris also known as "HappyManBBQ" is a chef of a different variety one with charcoal grilling and BBQ style and taste which is something that is common in some places and unknown in others. Coming from homegrown roots with country at heart the search for good food is one that Chris is not new too for having a fascination not only with the taste of food but the amount of care and time is put into providing in a final product.

#415 - Stephen Walsh (Beekeeper, Electrician)

Stephen is a man of many trades from being apart of the Royal Navy to working as an electrician and venturing into a new found passion for beekeeping. What is one crucial part not only on our food but the creatures that help us grow crops and spread the continued growth and pollination of flowers and that is bees. Having a respect and passion for these creatures that work behind the scenes to keep life going in one of the biggest ways that may seem so small.

James works creating fun and engaging learning experiences for a cyber security company and host a podcast with his wife called "This Sh!t Right Here" James is the other host if you look back at ep 238 where I spoke with Amanda a.k.a. Mandy J its been almost 200 episodes since then and was able to see what made these two a fantastic pair not only in life but also their podcast.

Sam was raised in New Orleans from dropping out of culinary school but still loving ice cream found his decision in life made when he was hit by a car and used some of his money to leave his job and start up his own ice cream making business called "Laozi Ice Cream Co" that brings cold treats to your home and a cold taste of ecstasy to your mouth.

#410 - Matthew William (Podcaster & Musician)

Matt works in the place of security when it comes to installing a system of boundaries for an electric collar to keep animals form going outside of their area and into danger. Writing his own music and having a podcast where we spoke with Jesse from "American Slackers" you can tell he has a knack for creating content from music to podcasts to even picture perfect moments trying to find the beauty in life sometimes isn't that hard to o but you have too look from a different angle.
