Andrea is a Cannabis Educator three years ago a mom of two young boys, a wife and an elementary school teacher fell into a deep depression that left her in bed for months. She tried everything to get better including medication, meditation, exercise, therapy and more, but nothing worked. Robert is a Philadelphia native that began his 20+ years of working in kitchens while he was still in high school as a dishwasher. Learning the basic skills of what it took to cook he worked his way up to prep cook and line cook and was urged to go to culinary school by his family. He graduated from the Baltimore International Culinary School in 1996 and returned to Philadelphia to continue his journey in food working at the "Striped Bass", "Zanzibar Blue", and the Warwick Hotels "Melange" restaurants. He has also worked large events like the 1996 "Triple Crown Preakness Event", the 2009 "Presidential Inauguration Ceremonies" at the National Mall and the 2009 and 2010 "Kennedy Center Honors Dinners" Most recently he was the Executive Chef for "Balduccis Food Lovers Market" in Mclean, Virginia, a Washington D.C. Suburb. In 2014 he returned to Philadelphia to launch Farmstead Foods. The Goal to bring a sense of knowledge and awareness of knowing about your food and where it comes from not a process plant but a farm natural and better for you.

Building models of hot rods and other things that take a lot of work and are recycled from things like scrap and broken tools. Doing it for over ten years and really just the passion and feedback keeping his work going its crazy to see the ideas and tools people can use to create things just from thought. Plus if you really want an old-school model that takes time but is definitely worth it check him out because Walmart isn't selling these.

Mushrooms have a stigma of being dangerous but the amount of under looked qualities such as the power to break down plastic or be used as fuel or even come to a form of enlightenment its weird we are not using it too its full potential.

Each tattoo artist has their own style or preferred art Brad really enjoys the traditional Japanese style which was influenced by the person who taught him. Common things get misunderstood with coffee such as the styles the flavors the price, But for specialty coffee what makes it special is how not much needs to be added to have a great cup. Pure flavor without any added things like Starbucks who turns the idea of coffee into a milkshake but is one of the main influences when it comes to the name of coffee. Specialty brews are worth the effort to make and Ken is trying to one day own his own shop being able to help show people this other form of coffee.
