Jessica started about three years ago when she saw something that she never really looked at as being art, It was a sculpted apple. Jessica pondered on the look of it and immediately wanted to do that. After that custom treats have been her passion, Displaying such treats to tell a story through sugar art. Jessica's passion has grown so much throughout the short time that she officially started doing cakes and will soon will be starting her passion in sugar cookie art. Noticing and truly appreciating the love that has been shown from the community, They have started to embrace her with every interaction so they get to know who she is. Showing that you dont have to be a top chef just have a passion and with some support anything is possible.

Eric works creating designs to go on clothing but where he is truly passionate about besides his kids is Donut Reviewing. Known as the "Donut King Of PA" he goes around looking for all the best donut shops trying them all and reviewing them on place to place. Through this episode we talk about how it seems donuts can get creative in a good way or in a bad one but they all fall around the same style like a cereal donut all they do is change the cereal so we decided to brainstorm some ideas of combinations of Donuts to but a spin on this delicious treat.

Heystek Grobler is an Electronics Engineer and Masters Student that is affiliated with the Hartebeesthoek Radio Astronomy Observatory (HartRAO) which is a facility of the South African Radio Astronomy Observatory (SARAO), as well as the University of Johannesburg (UJ) Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering Science. He specializes in the field of Digital Signal Processing and has research interests in Spectroscopy and Radiometry. He is currently a part of the Fundamental Astronomy Department at HartRAO where he is developing a new Spectrometer and Radiometer. Heystek is also a member of The Collaboration For Astronomy Signal Processing And Electronics Research (CASPER) Group from the University of Berkeley California (UC Berkeley).

Currently working as a consultant chef being an advocate of the Field to Fork movement. By promoting a healthy awareness of where our food comes from and how its handled. Our role in creating a better culinary future for ourselves is for us all to get involved with and take back control from the large corporations and minimize the environmental impact we have. Basically, get cooking from scratch, eat seasonally, eat together as a family, make time for a truly humanistic ritual. The kitchen is the new temple to connect with ourselves and each other.

Dean works at the public library which to most is uninteresting but in the words of knowledge is power the library is a gold mine even in technological times the feel and power of a book is unbeatable. Books might cause anxiety from school days like most of my childhood but they are a place to escape basically a transport to another world or reality depending on where and when you want to go. From using books in this form himself he decided to write and understand more bringing in a better perspective from being surround by information. People dont really understand the work that gets put into a library position but they are their to help and create an environment to teach whoever is looking to learn.

Josh works helping veterans get insurance and the help they need because so much is forgotten when one comes back from war the damage is far more than what meets the surface. Being a veteran himself he came across and idea with his wife to spice up things by creating a hot sauce company called "2 Angry Cats". Their company supports the troops and gives back being one to buy from because they truly care about the customer, During this episode we decided to create our own sauce than later recording again after he had shipped it too me for a taste test. The first Hot Sauce of "Out Of The Blank" called "Firing Blank".

Whitney Brim-DeForest is the County Director for University of California Cooperative Extension Sutter-Yuba, and the UCCE Rice and Wild Rice Advisor for Sutter, Yuba, Placer, and Sacramento counties. She holds a M.S.in International Agricultural Development and a PhD in Horticulture and Agronomy from University of California, Davis. She also holds a dual BA in Biology and Music from Brown University. Whitney has been working in rice for more than 15 years, and her current research and extension activities focus on identification and management of weeds in rice and wild rice systems. She was also a Sustainable Agriculture Volunteer with the United States Peace Corps in Senegal, West Africa, where she served three years. Agriculture is something that needs major focus with all the global implications from the crops we grow to the things we use much care needs to be provided to help preserve this place we call our home.
