How many times do you say your ok and you're really not and how many times are you stressed of things we cant control. Much like everyone else i'm no exception to that mental weight and it does play an effect into ones life and when just going out in public becomes more of an act keeping up an appearance. Bradley joins me again to talk stressors and a little of his psychedelics experience we touched upon last time he was on.

They call it a frequency or a simulation but maybe its one of the same because if their is a balance between right and wrong then their must be one between the earth and you. Sebastian my friend of the psychedelic variety joins me again to talk about the mind bending and altering experience that can help breakdown your own fabric of reality to examine the code that is life and the universe. Spoiler alert you cant find that out in a hour but were gonna try anyway to give you the cliff notes.

The best part of conversation is never knowing where it goes and happy to take that journey with me is past guest Laney catching up on the past year since her last appearance. Contoured perspective is a fitting name cause with life it seems like you want a plan and a guide for the days to come but how often does that really pan out. The best thing you can do is be who you are and work toward your own happiness because it comparing yourself to the achievements of others doesn't craft success.

So much to handle so much to get done and every second not doing anything towards the goal seems like a second that's wasted. Ben is back for that real chat about what's hard and thats life, its not easy doing what you want too but if you really want it every problem is solvable just got to take a step back and see the answer. Even though at times it seems like more things are out of your control in succeeding but work on what you can till you can take control and get it done.

The world with all it's lights and sounds has a lot for a person to be able to process so much so that it's like an overload and hard to experience or understand more. So sometimes you got to release a little to accept a lot and Jason joins me again to have that exchange and talk about the mid life crisis but have some laughs to realize the value in expanding your mind and sharing experiences.

Scott is the host of "Never Too Serious" podcast back again and somehow we always get serious, hard not too when the world seems to be more tense than ever. When you look on the grand scale of the world is it different or is it the same but we can't handle it as well, so why not laugh at the irony in it all because festering on it will only destroy your own mentality.
